Incredible Dave

At the moment DarkToast has taken a sit back while other projects and real life take effect. Fortunately episode one of Incredible Dave is available for download from DarkToastStudios website, give us a google.

Fortunately for us we've never really advertised ourselves on any platforms other than Facebook so even our old materials are rather fresh in the eyes of most, what I will say is anything you play in Episode one is absolutely no reflection on the quality of whats to come. Visual Novelty is a quite diverse program in how it can be structures, anyone who knows how the program works can say how layered events working simultaniously have different outcomes.

At the same time we've only just broken through to animated images, effects and richer environments with the aid of tablets and a better understanding of the software. We are literally only going up and getting better at it, so with that in mind I'll throw some stuff in here to let you in on whats going on in our lives as well as how things are going in the studio.

At the moment we both have daily jobs (yeah just the two of us) which take up most of our time, and we both know DTS and visual novelty is never going to make us a living, at best our work will get noticed and start a career from there but even that is one in a million. At the same time we are creating other projects in attempts to break through to other markets.

At DTS we are in the process of finalizing and fleshing out our materials ready to create the story. We prefer to have all the elements ready which means a story, a flow, a board and all the icons/ backdrops/ animations and props done and ready to go immediately so we can crack on with the building. So at this moment we are at the creation stage, the building stage will follow and then you guys get to play it.
