Windows 7 M1 Original Theme

VERY IMPORTANT HOW TO MAKE IT WORK:
Extract it and paste it in C:\Windows\Resources\Themes along with the .theme file
Now I know the folder is named Aero 7 and the VS just "Aero" but don't worry and don't rename it after the folder. Instead just go to Control Panel, click Themes then select Windows 7 from there. (It doens't work with TuneUP Styler, and you neither do need patched uxtheme.dll since it's digitally signed by Microsoft)
