Vector Art Tutorial

I got a request from Monq89 [link] for a tutorial on Stare [link]

So here it is, hope it helps. It's mostly about how to use the pen tool and the steps I took for this particular piece of art.

And this is a very joyous occassion because
1.) It is the first tutorial I've ever made for DeviantArt!
2.) It is the first thing I've made in Photoshop CS3!
3.) It is my 100th Deviation!
