Description

After seeing ~Richardiovascular 's chibis I got inspired and felt like drawing a SD Statesman... think a US flag behind him or something ^^"" I haven't decided yet whether I'll color this, but I may be drawing the rest of the signature heroes and villains too... well, at least some of them ^^""
