This is a modified version of the SHIELD Air Forces insignia as seen in the television show Marvel's Agents of SHIELD. They modified the insignia for the TV show vs the one seen in The Avengers by closing the gap between the head of the eagle and the wings, as well as elongating the wings. The last change was to the font in the outer circle.
