The other day at work, a customer came to return a video game, saying it wasn't appropriate for their child. I started the refund process. The game looked fine. Almost brand new. Me: "And the reason for the return?" Customer: "My kid can't read yet". ... Me: (thinking) "Seriously?" I completed the refund and they left. I looked at the game and noticed on the back, it read "Basic reading ability is needed to fully enjoy this game." Since the customer was also a parent, it was her job to check out if the games were appropriate their children to play. It looked to me that she lacked the basic reading ability, and people who have watched me for a long time know how I hate people like that. And the game they returned? Luigi's Mansion 3 for the Nintendo Switch. Rated "E" for everyone. :facepalm:
