Fedora/RedHat distros:
yum install gtk2-engines

Ubuntu/Mint/Debian distros:
sudo apt-get install gtk2-engines-pixbuf

ArchLinux:
pacman -S gtk-engines

Other:
Search for the engines in your distribution\'s repository or install the engines from source.
