In my latest post at Vieregg's World as part of my art school I discuss preferable resolutions for making videos and images.
Basically I screwed up picking a 19:13 aspect ratio when making my images. This led me to make 19:13 aspect ratio videos rather than the standard 1080p resolution having 16:9 aspect ratio.
Of course I have so many clips in 19:13 resolution now that I cannot easily change over. But make sure you get this right when you start your AI video journey.
16:9 simply makes life easier in so many contexts. It has to do with the video editing tools you use. Video players you might use. Not to mention being optimal for the aspect ratio of the screens people use.
But it doesn't mean you necessarily generate your initial images in 16:9 resolution. Often it is better with a square image 1:1 aspect ratio. To understand why, read my latest post.
