So in my last journal entry back in 2010, I said I would be coming back full force... but then I got a full-time job and a boyfriend ever since, so things have been as crazy as ever! I graduated from grad school in December, but it still feels like life hasn't slowed down (a good thing, I suppose). I absolutely love my job and I have to say that I've never been so happy in my life.
If you want to stay in touch:
I am still selling pinback buttons through Etsy, so if anyone's interested you can always find me or message me through there. If you ever want to chat, it's better to e-mail me directly since I don't check DeviantArt often.
It is k
I just wanted to say that I really appreciate all of your support and kind words. I really couldn't have continued doing what I do without your support and love!
So anyway, it's almost been about a year since my hard drive crashed and since I decided to go on a major hiatus from both graphic design and the button business. I felt too overwhelmed with the deadly combination of work and school.
Well, I have great news. I am about to graduate in less than two months and "excited" hardly expresses my true feelings on the matter. I'm actually applying for graduation next week. It's kind of trippy, since I started graduate school o
So, graduate school and work are kicking my butt right now. If you're wondering why I haven't been relisting anything in my Etsy shop for awhile, that's the reason why.
I'm going to not focus on my buttons until much, much later. I may not be able to attend the conventions I originally planned to go to (i.e. Otakon, AnimeNEXT), unfortunately.
Since I won't be as active with regards to selling, I'm not open to commissions right now.
In other news, I have a website where I plan to sell my buttons directly once I have more free time. Etsy takes too many fees away, so I needed an alternative.
Stay tuned! Hopefully I'll survive
Hey! I'm not sure if you still use dA or not anymore... But I'm hoping you do. I'm not sure if you remember me or not, but it's Morava, from Gaia. I've neglected a lot of stuff online as life has been a whirlwind for the last few years, with the last year being absolutely the worst ever. I'm trying to make a come-back & trying to get back into things, at least as often as two jobs & a boyfriend will allow me to, & I'm hoping I see more old, familiar faces. :3
So when you come back, you'll make more Phoenix Wright buttons? I reaaaaaaaaaalllllly want some. :3 Also how much would it cost to ship 5 buttons to England? Thanks, and I'm so so glad you're carrying on being creative!
