WONDERBOOK, the recent present, and how I suck

It has been a crazy whirlwind of a year.

Ever since I started working with Jeff and Ann VanderMeer and all the crazy weasels they drag along with them in this murky starlit bog of a wonderland I have been busy drawing covers for over 30 books or projects, with many more in the process happening -- and I haven't updated on here once since I got my my tip wet, so to speak.

I'm sorry.

So let me make it up to those few of you who enjoy my rare interactions: I'm going to be posting everything I've done in the last year, in some form of order, very soon. I'm proud of everything I've done, and even prouder that my first cover to cover work with Jeff is going to be released next year in the summer, and like the creature on the cover, it is a leviathan called WONDERBOOK and it will rock your mind. www.jeffvandermeer.com/2012/06…

I also did the covers for 'The Blood Poetry' by Leland Pitts-Gonzalez www.thebloodpoetry.com/ and the fantastically awesome 'Jagannath' by Karin Tidbeck www.jeffvandermeer.com/2012/07…, both out in August and November.

I also, as far as I know, amd still involved with doing this years 'Shared Worlds' anthology which is chockfull of teen writing from the coolest kids camp ever.

I'd like to especially thank RAW DOG SCREAMING, CHEEKY FRAWG and everyone else involved for choosing me, out of millions of artists to do my thing, even if some of those people send me clown statues that terrify me for no reason.
