thank you for the critique. I appreciate it much and yes your are right. Sometimes I m so impatient and I m not working so much on details. But there are some points I want to mention 
The " thing " on her chin is not supposed to be a necklese. Is a kind of abstsract collar part of her abstract dress lol
That what looks like hair is suposed to be a part of the crown ( head feather dress ) something like red flower veil with strands. But I must add more details on the flowers and as you said I must work on the " pearls " . The other probem as you already mentioned are the cheeks.
I wanted to make the pic sharp at the top and fuzzy at the bottom, cose I wanted to put the focus on the crown as a symbol for the domination.
Your critiqie is conclusively justified.
