Another flag from Red Flood, this time of the Japanese, who can become a People's Empire under the rule of Vanguard Socialism, an ideology espousing that [insert ethnic, cultural, or religious group] are surperior to all others, thus have the right to give the gift of the revolution to other groups, ruling over them in order to "free them" from the bourguisie, which often comes down to a switch in management but an enforcement of the status quoe.
