An update on why I haven't been around lately. I skipped a lot of details to keep it short, the entire story is pretty funny, albeit rather frustrating lol

Small Update on the office space.
I've begun pulling the walls down and saving for the repairs.
So far the room doesn't appear to be leaking, which is a great sign that the new drainage worked.
My estimated cost is about $6000AUD to get it completed, but the room will be in a functional state before it is all complete.
