This is just a quick update to let you know about the status of my current projects and the gallery as a whole.
As you might have noticed, the new Eclipse look is here, and so far the website works in both the old and the new look. Old submit system uses categories and subcategories while the new one uses tags. I've uploaded some of my art via the new system during beta tests of the Eclipse and it turned out that all works submitted that way end up in the Other gallery in the old system. That means that the art submitted via the new system has better chance of getting noticed in the Eclipse look and the art submitted via the old system has b
I hope you had an amazing 2018, and that the year that begun today will be full of joy, happiness and positive surprises for all of you!
I've been preparing a major overhaul to my deviantART profile and gallery, and in the next few days I'm going to start enhancing things. I have gathered a tremendous amount of new photographs waiting to be processed and published, and I'm going to spend most of January buried in Affinity Photo, developing RAW files.
I've decided to start two photographic projects this year. Firs one is a classic 365 project: every day of 2019 I'm going to publish at least one photograph. I've already created a separated fo
Hello my fellow Deviants!
As you might have noticed, I've made some major changes to my profile and gallery recently. I've changed the structure of folders in the gallery a bit and I've restored my best shots to the Featured section. I've been publishing my photos on deviantART for 4 years now. When I began in Spring 2011 I wasn't nearly as skilled as I thought I was, and now, after 4-year adventure with deviantART and 11-year adventure with digital photography, I know I'm not as skilled as I ignorantly believed I was.
While looking at my gallery I've immediately noticed some photos that didn't fit. It wasn't because of the subject, or time, or place they were taken, but it was because now, from a longer distance and different point of view, I can tell they were mediocre at best. I've been developing my style and a way of using post processing techniques, and unfortunat
