i realize something. there is just top floor is lighting almost all the building in the bottom of the photo. could you explain that?

I guess it has to do with the different sections of the tower. Some floors are residential, some are hotel and some are offices. Also, they are still fitting out some of the upper floors, I think.

Thanks! It's only blisteringly hot in July and August. Apart from summer, we have great weather throughout the year :)

No filters used, it's a plain long exposure. What you mean, I guess, is the low colour temperature. This image was set to 3300K with a touch of Magenta :)
