My "historically accurate" Merida costume which I wore at Dragon*Con 2016!
This dress is made from wool which I hand-dyed and linen, as were proper fabrics worn in Scotland at the time. I tried to make this with as much historical accuracy as I could, keeping in mind this was animated and the designers took certain liberties with time periods... and closures.
