Description
An interpretation of the Nautilus's encounter with a giant squid from Twenty Thousand Leagues Under the Sea that I did for my Perspective class. The assignment topic was one-point perspective, and we were pretty much free to do whatever. The other main criteria, though, was that our drawings had to be 60% structural shapes and 40% organic shapes, so I added in some underwater ruins for the grade. I know they were never there in the book. But then, a class on perspective doesn't work much if you draw something with no straight lines at all.
And, I actually got a decent grade on this!
