That or a "Da frak?" face. Dealing with baddies can lead to some interesting situations sometimes. :XD: Whatever he's thinking, it's surely not anything happy it's safe to conclude, hahah.

Gotta admit, for an old image, it's still great. Simplistic, yet awesome.

Ratchet: "Next time Nefarious tries a sneak attack, he should go for something less obvious than a class-2 galactic war-mech."

It's not too terribly ancient but anything that's from last year I consider old. Heck I think art from a month ago is old. ^_^;;

Thank you much for the comment and :+fav:. :D

Wow, I really like the style you drew him in. It's like you mixed in some influences from the conceptual art used in Tools of Destruction while adding your own personal flair. I love when artists do that. Really nice job. :)

I honestly do not recall exactly what I used to reference this piece, but I do remember sifting through many images, and in particular got the idea from the Ratchet and Clank comic that came out not too long ago. I dug the colors and decided I wanted to try them out and this little number happened. :) Glad ya like it, and my greatest gratitude extends to you for taking the time to comment. :heart:

Oh I remember the comics. Very fun to read and the artwork was great. :) And yeah, you really imitated the style beautifully. :nod:
And you are very welcome. ^^

The artwork was fantastic! I'd have loved it if they had allowed the cover artist to draw the interior work as well, but I think it would not have fit the story as well. Either way, I was glad R&C got some loving attention lately. Between the comics and the action figures and even the Ratchet Omni Wrench toy, it's a great time to be a fan.

Yeah I definitely agree. R&C certainly getting it's much deserved attention. I personally think it should have happened sooner because as much as I like the PS3 titles, the PS2 titles were pretty great as well. :) I'm hoping that they might consider making an animated series of R&C, I can see it working out. :D

That'd be totally rad! I'd watch that for sure. I think this also means we have a slim chance of seeing some Spyro, Crash and Sly Cooper merch in the future as well. I sure hope so! I'd snatch it up in a heartbeat! After all this time my heart still yearns for the Spyro plush doll I didn't win at Six Flags a number of years ago. ^_^;;

I know right?? And I especially agree about Spyro, Crash, & Sly Cooper. I'd love to see animated series or film revolved around them.
And I so understand. I remember how I felt when I was able to actually go out and buy a Crash Bandicoot plush. He's so big and huggable haha. I wish you luck in finding that Spyro plus doll, maybe Ebay might have it?

Mmhmm. There were rumors of a Spyro movie circulating years ago on the web and I wish that'd been a reality.

I'm sure they do. I'd just have to really dig around for the exact one I could've gotten ages ago. There were many different ones made. If nothing else I've got some Spyro toys that [I think] Taco Bell and McDonald's made years back at the turn of the century to keep me content.

Brilliant proportioning! :D
Actually, this is one of the rare pieces that the partially hidden ear actually looks realistic/practical :iconkermityayplz:

First off, REAL COMMENTARY! You don't know how awesome it is to see a comment longer than five words. Second, glad I accomplished the whole hidden ear thing. :D I personally have never been able to draw ears where you can clearly see both of them without it looking whack. *shrugs* It's beyond me how I do this stuff sometimes.

Third, I just adore this icon, and I'm giddy to see it being used in my gallery's comments. :iconkermityayplz:

Bahahaha glad to see I made someone's day :D

Maybe you just got lucky- most people, I find, are actually better than they think...
Like me, for example. I thought that I couldn't draw a stick man, but I sure proved me wrong!

Gotta love the genius who thought up PLZ accounts, eh? :iconwoodyrapefaceplz:

Indeed you did. For some unfathomable reason the few measly comments I get are typically less than a sentence in length. Search me. *shrugs*

This is true. I'm probably better than I know, but I often feel that I'm worse than I'd like to imagine... at least when I'm not in a drawing mode. I just need to take a leap and learn anatomy the rest of the way. And backgrounds. *shudders* Backgrounds, thou art my enemy. I find them dull to do unless they're quick and simple. I know I can do this stuff it's just finding the courage and confidence to make some crappy stuff first.

Yes indeed! :iconwoohooplz:
