Headcanon Theory: Colgate

Tried to reconcile the competing headcanons that the Blue Unicorn above is Either Colgate (The Dentist) or Romana (The Time Lady). So I figured "Why not both?"

I think this is probably the most logical way to reconcile both Headcanons. Tell me what you think
