Once again, I find myself checking into DA after substantial time away, and so feel a need for at least a 'hello, world' sort of post to at least show that I live ;)  I finally replaced my long-dead tablet, so hopefully that means something new to upload for the first time in...well, eons

I really hope that everyone had a lovely holiday season, and that this new year brings you all the very best <3.  I opted to not make any new year's resolutions this year, but there are a few goals I've set for myself, so we'll see how that goes (one of them is to update my gallery at least once this year...we'll see how that goes >_> (small goals, guys!) For anyone who does still watch this page, I sketch rarely anymore (although I do find I still will occasionally pick up a pencil; I can't quite cut the habit completely...), and feel like my skills have regressed, which is sad...so I think this year one of my goals will be to get

So, occasionally I find things through other people I watch--and this was no exception xD.  I happen to be a pseudo-closet MLP fan (I don't watch the new show, but I ogle the cute discreetly ;D), and so when I saw something in another user that I devwatch's journal about a free plushie giveaway that ~WhiteDove-Creations (https://www.deviantart.com/whitedove-creations) , I had to check it out--and seriously, go forth and do the same!
