Description

some ideas for the flag of Yi ethnic group living in China, Vietnam and Thailand.
proposals are based on the shape of the name of the Nuosu language in the Yi script: ꆈꌠ [Nuosu is their prestige language].
red and yellow, as well as 5-pointed stars come from the flags of the Chinese People Republic and the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
black and white symbolise two castes of this people.
