Enjou Arsene Kusanagi (OC) (WIP)

Another boy. Meet Enjou. Half-Japanese, half-French. Well, there are indeed a lot of mixed-blood characters here, but don't worry, one of them is purely Japanese, which I'm referring to Aki. To put on some information about Enjou, he's a member of the student council as well, specifically the secretary. Enjou always loved to read poems in French, and even wanted to make a collection of poems of his own. Quite a gentleman, too, well...obviously because of his middle name.
