Dude, as a queer kid in the early '00s growing up learning about PR history, I related so so much to David Yost (Billy) that he immediately became my favorite ranger at the time. I still hold this suit and that character in high regards (he definitely created the Turbo Powers btw). Say what you want about Cosmic Fury (suits were bleh, season would've been better if it was longer so that the episodes had a chance to slow down), but Billy's return in both it and Once & Always made me happy.
