INTRODUCTION
It's finally done! And it only took me a matter of days. So allow me to present you....
"SHIROI" A LIGHT MINIMAL THEME FOR WINDOWS 7.
NOTE: I know this is very long, so I took the liberty of dividing this up into sections- just keep an eye out for the BOLD CAPITALIZED text. Future themes won't be this long in the future.
Cheers!

***********************************************
INSTALLATION
1. Use uxthemepatcher x86 or x64 (depending on your system) to patch the files necessary to use 3rd party themes (themes not made by Microsoft). Pretty self-explanatory. Restart.
2. Extract the contents of Shiroi's "theme" folder to C:WindowsResourcesThemes.
3. Turn off the ugly blur behind the windows by using "Aeroblurtweaker." If it gives you an error message stating that you don't have permission, then you need to "Take Ownership" of the specified file. You can do this by using the other tool provided and install "TakeOwnership.reg." Once that's complete, right click the file that you need to gain access to, and select "Take Ownership."
4. Right click on your desktop to open the "Personalization" options, and select "Shiroi" from the menu. That's it!
INTRODUCTION
This is my first FINAL, and COMPLETE theme. The previous theme I released was only a BETA and its target audience was mainly testers and those who wanted to provide constructive for me so that I can improve the theme...
I was largely inspired by the Windows XP VS "Case" ([link] by ~maximhuz because I really wanted a light grayscale theme for Windows 7, but hadn't really seen any that'd peaked my interest. So, I decided to make one of my own.
Included in the zip file are a few resources to help you get the theme installed, and the theme itself ONLY. I haven't created the resources for it yet but will get on it soon. These include a shellstyle.dll, explorerframe.dll, and more. For now, I am using "Gnome Colors," which I am in LOVE with right now- the link to which will be posted below where I state the resources I used in the screenshot.
Anyway, I hope you all like what this theme has to offer! I worked really hard on it, and am very pleased with the results. There are a few bugs I've noticed that I'll also try and get worked out, but didn't feel like they disrupted the theme TOO much to prevent its release.
By the way... If you comment noting a bug that is already listed here, then will be obvious to me that you did NOT read the description, and I will not respond to you. I repeat. I am WORKING on these. I'm sorry, I don't like being too redundant.
CURRENT BUGS INCLUDE....
rouge lists in Firefox
a little work on the explorer frame borders
some weird bug where if you move the taskbar, the system tray goes haywire. D:
And lastly, I need to find the location of some fonts, or add the font property to various locations like the task manager, and properties window for the start menu.
Also worth mentioning...
THIS IS AN AERO THEME. This does NOT support Basic. Not yet, at least. Also, this does not support right or left taskbars. I overlooked this while making the theme, but will be adding this in my first update.

Any questions or suggestions? Feel free to let me know!
Anything you like in particular, or something you would like to see changed? Feel free to let me know! I may provide additional .msstyles in future updates for this theme, so feedback is encouraged!
RESOURCES
"Gnome Colors Patcher" by ~heebijeebi [link] (Comes conveniently in an .exe file for easy installation)
"Punto" by ~kiko11 [link] (one of my favorite themers!)
Okay, so that's pretty much it. Hope you enjoy the theme, and keep an eye out for updates!

May i ask you something? How did you change the windows icons?
I use icon packager, but it is not that perfect.
