Yes, after some months with a lot of work, now I have a little oasis of peace... but I can't stay so much time away of my desk work. For this reason, this february I reopen the commission reception. If you are interested, send me a note and I send my price list.
By the way, since in december I don't found the moment to wish a happy new year, now a little late, I hope that every one of you has been taking a really nice 2013, or simply in the good way with work and health.
About my, the next few months I will be divided between my work as a teacher and developing some personal projects, apart from trying to prepare something for the Comic April. Till then, when maybe I will improvise another little journal, I hope the best for everyone.

Sí, después de unos meses con mucho trabajo, ahora tengo un pequeño oasis de paz ... pero ya que no me se estar lejos de mi escritorio, este febrero, vuelvo a abrir la recepción commissions . Si usted está interesado, mándame una nota y le envío mi lista de precios.
Por cierto, ya que en diciembre no encontré el momento para desear un feliz año nuevo, aunque un poco tarde, espero que cada uno de vosotros haya tenido un buen inicio de este 2013, o en su defecto al menos con el trabajo y salud como dios manda.
Acerca de mi, los próximos meses voy a estar dividido entre mi trabajo como profesor y el desarrollo de algunos proyectos personales, además de tratar de preparar algo para el salon del comic de abril. Hasta entonces, cuando quizás me de por improvisar otro pequeño journal, os deseo lo mejor.

Long time without write a journal. Since the last one, I have been working in a bunch of things, and had not really time to update my deviant and my blogsite, for this reason I updated even less than I would like.
The summer is fading away and are this last days of august when I can do a little break, before restart again with more work. That kind of work that I can't show anything till it's published. Will be great when I can show some of them, and this will bring back some life to my virtual sites. Either way, thanks to every one that visit this page, especially thanks a lot for all the happy birthdays.
Even in this busy times I'll try to update a little, because I don't forget you, friends!! I hope you had a good summer, and all of you rush the "back to routine" with renewed energy.

MALDITOS n 2, BCN COMIC CON, COMMISSIONS

Después de pasar una larga temporada de trabajo sin cuartel alguno, al fin llega un remanso de paz. Y con el, la reapertura de commissions propia de estas fechas, ya sabéis si estáis interesados mandadme una nota.
En cuanto al resto, de aquí unos pocos días podréis encontrarme en el salón del comic de Barcelona firmando el nº2 de la revista Los Malditos ( echad un ojo a esta reseña en el blog del estudio ikaristudio.blogspot.com.es/20… ). No faltaran las maratones de firmas, dibujitos a tropel y lo que nos pidáis xD. Del jueves día 3 al domingo 6, cuatro días donde yo personalmente, podre salirme un poco de la rutina y desconectar a base de bien. Repito para mas información echad un ojo al post. Por lo demás, gracias a todos los que os dejáis caer siempre por aquí y a los que puedan, espero veros por el salón!!

Updating a little

Not much to tell but as I have to do a little update to my deviant, I think that could be really nice improvise a short journal. I have been engaged lately with a little of everything, and especially now that I'm acting as a 24h concept artist. As of most of these works I can not teach you anything, in the times that I have left, my intention it's continue my next chapter of the dirty race, for the upcoming number of "los malditos", and of course some other fanart, to give some life to my deviant art, a little abandoned lately
For the rest of things simply say how many great was the last manga con, here in barcelona, and reaffirms the importance of this community to match other artists that only can watch it in those days. We as I say many times, that the cons are for ikari studio people a great succes.
As I suspect that I will not write a new Journal until the approximate dates of "los malditos", and taking into account the month where we are, and the 2012 just around the corner, Merry Christmas and happy new year xD

No hay mucho que contar pero como hace mucho que no ponía esto al día que mejor que improvisar un breve journal. Por aquí he estado enfrascado con un poco de todo y ahora mismo en particular ejerciendo de concept artist casi a jornada completa xD. Como de la mayoría de esos trabajos tampoco os puedo enseñar nada, en los ratos que me queden, mi intención es volver a la carga con la continuación de la Dirty race para el próximo malditos, y algún que otro fanart, con lo que darle un poco de vidilla a mi deviant, algo abandonado últimamente.
En cuanto al resto de cosas comentar lo bien que estuvo el ultimo salón del manga, poder cruzarme con gente que no conocía más que de aquí, y reafirmarme en lo importante que es esta comunidad para coincidir con gente del mundillo que creías que eran de vete tú a saber, y casi que viven al lado de casa, o con los que por H o por B solo coincides en esos días. Vamos como suelo decir muchas veces que los salones para la gente de ikari son media vida.
Como intuyo que no volveré a la carga con otro Journal hasta que se aproximen fechas "malditas", y teniendo en cuenta el mes en el que estamos y que a la vuelta de la esquina asoma ese enigmático 2012; feliz navidad y año nuevo xD

The truth is that it's something I never tire of repeating, because on the time when the work it's harder , and often thankless, deviant it is an ideal escape route, to share what you do and be almost in a head to head, in some way, with your people.
For the rest of things I still in pause mode for commissions and things like that, focused on completing some works, preparing projects and a terrible desire to continue improving day by day. But yes, always with an eye here, deviantart

Antes que nada dar las gracias a por la daily deviation que me dio hace pocos dias en la ilustracion "Cat Fight" vandrell.deviantart.com/art/20… Y con la excusa ya de paso, aunque me repita mas que el ajo, daros las gracias a todos los que os dais un voltio de vez en cuando por mi deviant, y por extension, por mi blog. La verdad es que es algo que nunca me cansare de repetir ya que ante los momentos mas cenizos que puede tener una ardua temporada de curro, muchas veces poco agradecido, deviant y la gente que lo puebla son una via de escape ideal en el que compartir lo que haces y estar casi en un mano a mano, por decirlo de algun modo, con tu gente.
En cuanto al resto de cosas sigo en modo pausa al respecto de commissions y cosas por el estilo, centrado en terminar encargos, preparar proyectos y unas ganas terribles de seguir mejorando dia a dia. Pero eso si, siempre con un ojo aqui, deviantart!!
