Seven looked ahead, since he was still leading the way, and noticed a steep drop where the vent turned down in a 90 degree angle. Luckily they could avoid that as there was a metal ladder leading up the other side of that small gap. It was only that now, when they were halfway through the school, that Seven finally silently questioned the layout of these vents. They seemed way too complex. Why did it matter? It made getting from room to room without being spotted a chore. Like, who the hell decided to make a vent go four different ways? Mono broke Seven out of his very important thoughts by pushing him a bit. "You okay Sev? You haven't moved for about five minutes." Seven didn't realize he'd been just not moving for that long. "Sorry. Just thinking. Let's go!" They both then exited the vent, dropping down onto a bookshelf located in a library. Mono sighed and stood up, looking directly at the doorway to his left. He bit his lip and turned to Seven before they departed to the next room. "Did you see where they took Six?" he asked hopefully. He was sure that it was likely that Seven didn't see where they took her but figured it was good to ask anyway. Seven had half a mind to lie to Mono completely. He shook his head no with intents to lie, but then decided otherwise. "I didn't see where but I did see them taking her up a ladder, so I think we're headed in the right direction" he said, this time truthfully. Mono brightened up knowing this. It wasn't entirely visible, but Seven could see how happy he was even with nothing on his face visible. "Maybe we'll find her soon then! Come on" he exclaimed, running into the next room. They stopped after they went through the door to spot a pile of desks next to them and chalk drawings of eyes everywhere on the floor and a chalkboard. The person who was drawing these eyes was a

The Teacher 6.1: One fast rescue

After Mono jumped over the downed locker that had previously trapped him, he noticed a hammer innocently laying on the ground. Just ahead of the hammer was one of the children who had taken his friends. He picked up the hammer and walked quietly across the rather nice looking rug. Thankfully, the hammer dragging on the rug didn't make a ton of noise and he was able to sneak up on the kid and bash it with the hammer. When the head shattered like glass, Mono stood there surprised for a moment. He set the hammer down and picked up one of the shards. It felt like glass... or maybe porcelain? He didn't know what porcelain felt like but it was probably what he was holding. He dropped the broken porcelain and the hammer and moved onto the next room, stopping in the doorway to observe the room ahead of him. To his left were several desks thrown into a pile that was as high as the ceiling. Dotting the pile of desks were smaller, piles of books that were somehow staying in place on a diagonal

All three sat down while recovering from their fall. Mono was happy to just be able to stop and breathe for a moment and he assumed the others were as well. Six took the time they were spending resting to observe her surroundings. The walls had returned to the neat paintjob with the nice wood for flooring. Lockers lined the left wall with one of them having fallen over. Just past it there was a hallway leading to the left which was lit up. Remembering Mono's words, and the proof that he wasn't crazy, Six looked at the boys and said "I think I see where we have to go." "Where?" Seven asked, looking over at her now. "There" she replied, standing up and pointing to the lit up hallway. "I'm not sure this time actually" Mono said, looking in the direction she was pointing. "Why not?" She asked irritably. "Because there are two lights, one ahead and one to the left." "Well that just means we need something to the left and forward is the right way to go." Without waiting on him to reply

The School 5.2: Feeling like rats

On the other side of the hole, there was a small wooden room. Unlike the hallways they’d come through, this room didn’t seem as nice looking in comparison. The same wood that was used on the floorboards was the same flooring as the previous hallway, however the walls appeared to me made out of the same broken wood as the house they'd run through to get to the school. In the back, right corner of the room was a box filled with various items, playthings, and garbage. The back wall itself indicated that someone had been trapped here, as carvings in the wood of tally marks were there. Six remembered doing that when she was trapped inside the hunter's cabin and now could only imagine what creature locked this kid up. A tall chair in the middle of the room with rope loosely tied around it only added to the evidence of someone having indeed been trapped here. Six couldn't help but wonder if they had escaped or if they had been taken and killed... "Does anyone see another way out?" Mono asked

The scenery of the building on the other side of the window was quite a nice contrast to the dreary conditions of the broken, wooden buildings they’d passed through, as well as trash filling every street. The flooring and walls were made of wood, but it was different. The flooring was a lighter color, and the walls were painted white. Despite the stains on the wall, this place still look like someone cleaned it. Maybe there was a janitor or something around here? There probably wasn’t, and it was most likely someone else. They felt a ship would need a janitor more than whatever this place was. [Achievement Earned! Make the kids predict the Future!] Along with the semi-nice flooring and walls, most of the objects in the room also seemed to be regularly maintained. Along the wall to their left, there were two dressers with a trash can between them. There wasn’t much trash in the trash can, but the area around it was the only place they saw garbage on the floor. Mono jumped out of the window a bit too quickly, as he was very eager to get away from this place. He landed on a dumpster that was overflowing with trash. Piles of garbage, discarded furniture, and televisions surrounded it. However, Mono wasn't exactly in the want to care about the apocalyptic setting of his surroundings. All he cared about was getting as far away as he could as fast as possible. "Why is there always trash everywhere?" Six asked with a look of disgust, shaking the moldy remains of what had once been something edible off of her feet. "That's not exactly our priority" Seven told her, jumping out of the window and landing beside Six. "Come on, let's just keep moving" Mono impatiently said, antsy to run as fast as possible to get far away from here as possible. "Yeah. We shouldn't waste much time. We don't want something worse happening." Seven began to move forward, closely followed by Six and Mono. They weren't moving for long, as sadly a barbed wire fence seemed

The door led into a small room, about the same as an average bathroom. Probably. Was it? None of them really knew. What they did know was that, just like everything else, there was trash everywhere. To their left was a door, but it was closed. In front of them was another door, also closed. Conveniently, at the base of the door was a massive hole that they could easily walk through. The next room seemed as if it was somewhere entirely different, and Mono felt it shouldn't be there at all. Instead of the nice wallpaper and tile floor, everything was a dull brown wood and looked as if it were going to cave in. It was very similar to the building they had been in before the diner. After all three of the kids had stepped off of the door, into the soft sand, they began to observe their surroundings in case there was something they didn’t see from afar. After confirming that there was no difference up close, they decided it was best to simply move on to the next area. But where could they go? As the currant carried the kids out into the fog-drenched ocean, an awkward silence seemed to carry with them. Now that there was no threat, it seemed communication between the three died down and none of the three had anything to say. Hey, VampVixen here.

Writing:

I am currently working on 2 fics. Both are in the little nightmares verse however one of them is a rewrite of the games, changing stuff how I wanted it to be and adding characters like RK to the events of LN 2.

The other one is of an RP done with @NearFate which was eventually abandoned so I'm writing what we've already done with a few edits and then planning on giving it a continuation to an ending. More info can be found on a literature file.
