Just keep your head up
I know it feels far off but honestly you're going to make it and once you do, everything will be 200x better than you could possibly imagine. You're strong and you can do it! I honestly felt the exact same way-- I was in my fifth year and missed 25% of my grade and was getting less than 50% on everything else and I still managed to scrape by, and I know it's annoying to hear but you WILL graduate. Just don't lose hope You're a lot more capable than you give yourself credit for.
