you have gotten the right modle, the right props, everything looks good but that horriable backdrop. a bad backdrop like that can ruin a shoot. somethimes its better to have no backdrop. you should straighten that sheet out and viewfinde withen the limmits of the outsides of the sheet.

looking at this image one gets a strong punck from the core. verry emotionsl impact.

I've actually tried straightening out the sheet, but it just refuses to hang straight. :( I'll try a bit harder to hang it better in my future shoots. As far as the limits of the backdrop, the reason it's not big enough is because of the umbrella. The umbrella added a lot of height to the images, and to hang my backdrop above that height would have taken a ladder, because where you see it now is where I can reach to hang it. Next time I do lengthy props, though, I'll look for a little step ladder to use.

Thanks for the tips. :)

I don't know what it is exactly about this image that catches my attention, but I think it's very awesome. :D

Thank you. :) Personally, it reminds me of that one painting of the farmer and his wife. Silly me, I don't know what it's called, but that's what inspired it.

American Gothic. I don't know how I managed to remember that one. o.o
