Thanks for the kind words, really appreciate it. Since our content is so different from each other I'm not sure how much help I could give, but I'm happy to help where I can.
The biggest piece of advice I can give you (which could be applied to anyone really) is to figure out what you like and what you want to do. From your youtube channel I can tell that a lot of it is around Bangladesh in general. In terms of content, I'd say start with topics that you specifically like about the country, and then branch out from there.
Secondly, in terms of how you present your content (video, articles, art, etc) find other people that make content similar to how you want yours to be. I'd recommend finding at least 3-4 and then studying their work and applying the parts you like most to your own work.
For example, when I first started drawing a lot of my first influences were from anime/manga, so I studied other artists that made anime/manga, and that's what my work looked like. Then as I got older I started liking more western style comics and webcomics, so I studied some of those artists and picked up some more skills that I incorporated into my work. As more time passed I developed my own personal style more and more, but I still keep my eye out for new things to pick up. While I am not very familiar with making the video based stuff you do I imagine that these same principals should apply.
Hope that helps, and thanks again for the kind words.
