I got the Raritom ending. Tom just rolled around Canterlot and nobody notices, then when he dresses as Rarity people call Tom "Rarity" XD

That's part of the story. You need to recover it from the legions (they are around the mountain zone).

That's impossible, the fall of the Empire is later in the story. I think you found a bug that let you skip some events. Eh, let's just hope nobody else find it.

But it said in the built in walkthrough book that Pinkie Pie gives you in the beginning of the game that Chapter 4, the Fall of the Empire, is before Chapter 137, The Legions of the Empire!
How can that be?
