DeviantArt's Dev Team Seriously Cares
As the title suggests, I'm writing about my experiences regarding today's meeting with DeviantArt's team over in Hollywood.
I'm going to take a trip down memory lane for a brief second, so bare with me. Ever since I was 11, I have been involved in the online art community. Like many others, I joined DeviantArt in hopes of achieving seemingly minor, yet extremely important milestones. For one thing, I really wanted to get a Daily Deviation feature (you're lying if you didn't want this). I also wanted to be showered in praise on the progress I was making as a young artist, because let's be real, positive reinforcement is the essential substance for success for artists!
Years down the line, I invested into getting an actual education for art. I went to college, did my 4 years, kind of hated those 4 years, then I moved up to LA fresh out of college.
