Gallery Overview

Here is a complete list of our gallery folders and brief descriptions of what should and should't go into each one.
Please read through it carefully before submitting to our gallery.

Featured:
You cannot submit to this folder. This is for works that our admins think deserve more attention.

Group Contest:
You cannot normally submit to this folder. Whenever we hold contests this is where you'll submit your entries.

Original Songs:
This folder is for people / producers who create their own music and lyrics. Remixes, parodies and songs with reworked lyrics are not accepted to this folder.

PV + Cover Art:
This folder is for UTAU / VOCALOID covers that have PV's (picture videos) and cover art to go along with them.

Videos + Cover Links:
This folder is for journals and deviations linking to SoundCloud posts and YouTube videos of UTAU / VOCALOID covers that do not have PV's (picture videos) and cover art to go along with them.

Animations:
This folder is for animations such as GIFs, EmoFuri animations and other Flash Media featuring UTAU / Vocaloid characters.

Comics:
This folder is for digitally drawn comics featuring UTAU / VOCALOID characters. MMD comics are not accepted to this folder.

Pixel Art:
This folder is for pixel art featuring UTAU / VOCALOID characters, such as sprites, pagedolls, animations, etc.

Voicebanks, Demos + Releases:
This folder is for voicebank downloads, demos and previews for upcoming voicebanks and official new UTAU releases.

Official Art + Teasers:
This folder is for teaser images and official art of finalized UTAU designs. Unfinished designs and concepts are not accepted to this folder.

Reference Sheets:
This folder is for detailed reference sheets of finalized UTAU designs. Unfinished designs and concepts are not accepted to this folder.

Boxart + Logos:
This folder is for official boxart and logos of finalized UTAU.

Concept Art:
This folder is for detailed reference sheets of unfinished UTAU design concepts. Finished designs are not accepted to this folder.

General Art:
This folder is for casual UTAU drawings that do not serve a purpose (official art, ref sheets, cover art, etc.)

VOCALOID Fanart:
This folder is for VOCALOID fanart only.

UTAU Fanart:
This folder is for UTAU fanart only.

UST:
This folder is for UST downloads only. If your download includes more than one of the three (UST, VSQ(X), MIDI) submit it into whichever folder it is primarily suited for.

VSQ & VSQX:
This folder is for VSQ and VSQX downloads only. If your download includes more than one of the three (UST, VSQ(X), MIDI) submit it into whichever folder it is primarily suited for.

MIDI:
This folder is for MIDI downloads only. If your download includes more than one of the three (UST, VSQ(X), MIDI) submit it into whichever folder it is primarily suited for.

LipSync Models + Shimeji:
This folder is for 2D models created for LipSync animations and Shimejis.

UTAUx3D - Models:
This folder is for 3D models featuring UTAU / VOCALOID characters created or edited using MMD / PMDE,  Metasequoia, Maya, Blender, etc. You must provide full credits for edited models and permission if a download is provided.

UTAUx3D - Pictures:
This folder is for 3D images featuring UTAU / VOCALOID characters created using MikuMikuDance, Blender, Keyshot, etc. in conjunction with other programs or tools such as MikuMikuEffects, Vidro, Photoshop, PaintToolSAI, etc.

UTAUx3D - Videos:
This folder is for 3D videos featuring UTAU / VOCALOID characters created using MikuMikuDance,

VOCALOID Tutorials:
This folder is for tutorials about VOCALOID and related programs.

UTAU Tutorials:
This folder is for tutorials about UTAU, UTAU Synth and related programs.

Commission Info:
This folder is for advertising your UTAU commissions (art, voice, oto, 3D modeling, etc.) Non-UTAU related commissions not accepted to this folder.

Help Requests:
This folder is for journals, deviations and screenshots requesting help with issues for UTAU, VOCALOID and other related programs.

Journals + Public Announcements:
This folder is for journals containing topics about UTAU / VOCALOID and for public announcements such as contests, medley choruses, etc. Journals linking to covers are not accepted to this folder as they have their own folder listed above.

WIPs:
This folder is for wips: sketches, doodles and unfinished artwork.

MISC.:
This folder is for works that don't have their own place yet such as cosplays and crafts. If we get enough submissions for a particular type of work and it becomes popular enough, a folder will be added for it. If you're not sure where your deviation should be submitted, place it here and we'll sort it for you.

The group's gallery is subject to change at any time. When a change occurs this overview will always be updated accordingly and a journal will be posted to notify everyone of the changes.

If you have any suggestions for folders to add, merge or delete to make the group easier to use and navigate please let us know in the comments or contact one of our admins. If a folder request is popular enough we will add it to the gallery. If a folder isn't used enough it will be considered useless and will be removed.
