1) Fulcrum is based on a Transformers fan character of the same name. Years ago, when I was posting regularly on the Allspark.com message Boards, I had taken to transforming peoples’ TF fan characters into superhero versions. One of those was a Seeker named Fulcrum, who had vary Soviet-type viewpoints. So, I incarnated him into the design you’ve seen now, and the character has grown well beyond his original source material. But it’s why you’ll still see me reference Mark’s name in his copyright info.
2) Fulcrum’s real name is Sergei Antonivitch Uvarov.
3) Before becoming the man he is now, Fulcrum was a weapons designer for the Soviet military.
4) Physically, Fulcrum is very nearly a match for Steel Wolf. But he possesses energy manipulating powers, which often put him over the top when in a fight. His powers even allow him to disrupt Steel Wolf’s own ionic matrix to a certain degree, always giving him the upper hand in a fight between the two.
5) Fulcrum is a genius, and a master of the forge. His powers derive from Russia’s god Svarog, who heard his enraged pleas when the Soviet Union collapsed. The inner fire that burned inside Fulcrum was so great, that the god granted him the power to realize his dreams of returning the Soviet Union to its former glory and beyond.
6) Fulcrum (like Steel Wolf and Warhead) has been animated by the talented :iconasiangasm2: in a little short.
7) Fulcrum is responsible for awakening WARHEAD, and allowing him to become the threat that he is today.
8) Fulcrum routinely carries a hammer and sickle, but is able to manifest any weapon he has constructed for himself at will. He possesses an arsenal of weapons he has built that are at his beck and call.
