Guest-Appearance, Page 01

As is so often the case, I get inspired by the stuff that the folks over at the do for their monthly challenges. But, as I'm not a member (and can't be according to the rules of the group and the way that they produce their content), the folks are kind enough to allow me to sometimes borrow and play with their characters, and even tell stories that while not necessarily part of official DU continuity, are still considered official Steel Wolf continuity.

This is a short story that was initially supposed to coincide with the September challenge. But as sometimes happens, life gets in the way of things and schedules get rearranged. But the content of the story itself still works given the subject matter, and if you like you can mentally insert it into September's continuity if you feel the need. It also ties into the work Andrew and I have been doing with his crossover events with the Empyrean Command.

The linework for this was done by the ever-awesome and gracious , while the color art was done by the amazing Everything else (plot/script, dialogue, lettering, graphic elements) were all done by me.

I want to again thank , , and for allowing me to use their characters and for allowing me to set this story in the Thunder Force's tower HQ.
