Nice job. If I was you though I'd avoid using blur with SVG icons. You're best off doing vector shadows like Faenza does.

Yeah, the blur seems to render correctly but it depends what shape the blur is and it won't always render proper. Also performance isn't that great.

Look at the Faenza SVG source icon shadow and you'll notice it has about 5 objects for the shadow that vary in opacity. That's basically the best way to do shadows for SVG. :)

When you zoom up to the icons, yeah you'll see the shadows like they're 8bit depth colour but icons will never be that size so the shadows look smooth at smaller sizes. If the shadows don't show well with your preview image, just make the icon previews smaller.
