I review this because of hilary duff 
love that girl.
The design overall is done well. you obviously know a little bit about design.
Generally speaking you want to have sign in and profile buttons on the right side of the website at all times (peoples eyes generally drift right, but if your website is in a language that reads right to left your want to have that on the left).
I wouldnt take my suggestion for this design because its done well and would just break your design.
The container around hilary duff is a little to bubbly, i would sharpen the edges.
