EASY CHECK: Open Notepad > Help > About Notepad.

HOW TO APPLY
- Recommended: Make a restore point
- You need to have your system patched for 3rd party themes
- Copy the files in the Themes folder in C:\Windows\Resources\Themes


TOOLS
- Use ONE (OldNewExploer) for removing the Ribbon bar and other stuff. It also add some hacks for make the theme look better.
- MacType - Make fonts look nice


WINDOWS BUG FIX (No need from Creators Update 1703)
When windows enters sleep mode it breaks the theme colors, fix:
- Execute regedit.exe
- Go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Themes\
- Make a backup of DefaultColors.
- Take owernship of DefaultColors and delete it.
