First,as a word of warning, I don't play Warcraft.
I think the facial anatomy is very well done, you even remembered and properly placed the crease (whatever the real name for it is) above the lip and the chin looks excellent. I like how you colored and shaded his skin,it looks very realistic. His eyebrows are amazingly believable and his nose has a believable shape and realistic pinching. I also really like his beard and it's drawn extremely well.
I like that you included a background,it makes me more curious about him since he seems to be in a more modern setting.
My only problem is that the right side of his face looks too narrow and I think there should be differences in the light of his eyes from places where there's hair blocking and clear spots.
His hair seems too big for his scalp but maybe that's a Warcraft thing,I don't know. The texture seems more like paint than hair (too thick and with uneven gloss).
Good job on: The clothing textures Coloring, there are few unintentional white spots The beautiful background, the sunset is just gorgeous Shading the hair
Needs work: The gray haired one's arm is too limp The blond's arm looks like it has gray spots Only one arm in the picture has nails on it,I'd suggest putting fingernails on all or none of the hands The bricks and bushes lack detail Both faces could use more emotion The gray haired guy's pelvis is too small for his legs As much I love the sunset, the purple of the sky should be more subtle and maybe incorporate some blue
