Greetings guys! 🤩👋✨️ Welcome to 2025, and it's a fresh new start to go back to my Vol I of the B.O.B. and yes, I went back on something I should have done it a long time ✨️ An incomplete concept art I never got to finish for years like a long time, and yeah, I finally accomplished! 🙏💙💙💙 Yes, a new Repturriam species known as the Marineturriam 🌊✨️ And this is a new character and kinda old since that was based on an old drawing; I named Acuamarl 🪼❣️✨️ A lovely name indeed 😍😊 Also, it's a long story because I did progressed, but you know, all of the uni and etc, it's a my bad on me 🙃💫 However no more waiting, this was the most some have been asked for years and yeah it's sorta similar I wanna bring like last time 🙂 The thing is that there gonna have differences since there's 2 pages, some bunch of models & 2 models of the old plus a updated one 👌 I think you guys might figure, but you know 😅 Either still, I'm pretty sure this one it's an absolute beaut and since it's an elegant looking alien aquatic humanoid of a jellyfish aspect, which it is so pretty and cool 💖✨️✨️✨️ It might have taken a bit of more than the previous concept art from the main, but it was the fun and addicting to distract doing this concept art ✍️✨️ Anyway, I hope you guys enjoy my incredible gorgeous design that has been abandoned, but brought it finally the lovely marine Repturriam 😍🙏🪼💙✨️✨️✨️

Artist Note

"On this concept, I started years ago which technically this 2 pages in one has been long ignored & incomplete for nearly a decade since I started. And yeah it's a shame I never continued since I been working on new stuff on the era I was doing digital arts and such new projects. And another reason because of been at the uni on my bachelor. However upon mid of 3rd decade, I went back to my B.O.B. Vol I and yes I went doing my best to accomplish! Noting that most on the first page of the concept it's not fully updated because I got improved which it's kinda sucks because it's already drawn on pen. Because of it, I been thinking thankfully the 2nd page it's still on sketch and yeah I fix a bit some to update up. There's gonna be differences of 2 models, one the old model which I wrote red warning & the 2nd page it's the new model sorta update version that it's written on green blue. Bunch of stuffs was added since my absence on the concept such as mostly biological aspect of the species (Noted I didn't added the name of the species except the name of the character. Since I'll be the first known living original Repturriam in flesh that survived the extinction.) & additional model. The name of the species I'll be on the description though. The first page what I mentioned about that I added some stuff it's because I tried using sticky notes to do some small detailing parts of the biological anatomy of the character of this species. Also, there was issue trying to take a pic of the first page because it went wiggly the paper I guess because I pasted the sticky note and that's might be main cause. So yeah I been trying my best to stick together both pages in one like I did last time, the quality idk if this good, I wish I had a scanner, but that's sucks. Either way I did my best to look lovely the concept art I did my effort to do it! At least, it was so fun and happy I did such lovely design, though there's difference from both pages, but it is what it is, but not much changes."

 BIO

💭 A native Repturriam assuming it's from Marinia Continent and it believe that though they were extinct for millions of years, but apparently there probably alive. He's an Marineturriam & one of the variants of this species in form of an angel jellyfish aspect known as the "Ocean Angel". It is identical to the known Repturriam as Adrex has, however, because it is a bit slim the anatomy of the body and has no smooth scales on his tail, no horns and no keratin hairs presence; it is likely since it's a aquatic humanoid that might have adaptability in deep waters of extreme pressure. Noting he can still habit on the light and can walk on the surface for hours. There's not much information about this variant species of Repturriam. However evidence paleontology of a few years ago, people who discovered this planet and later on they went on a expedition and found fossils of remaining of their kind and they been analyzing the adaption and biological aspects. This character, Acuamarl as the Marineturriam, it belongs to the family of aquatic marine Repturriam's. It possess quite unique characteristic since it's appearance it's a mix of reptilian with jellyfish humanoid with always the signature of their race. It is one of the some that only known species that might be a cross of invertebrate & vertebrate being since his bones are exoskeleton & their organs are distinctive with arms and legs it's capable to stretch much more than some. Assuming that most of this species have a mix of exo & skeleton depending their biomes. Since he's the only evidence, only suggestion by their title, it contains such bioluminous by their tissues of his bell like wings when separated. It's highly possible that are rare since are capable of flying and survival instinct. And could possibly got hidden powers mostly on praising for the people of Marinia.

On the first part, Acuamarl again, he's an alien jellyfish like humanoid without leaving the signature anatomy of a Repturriam, he's about 6' - 1" height that's a little taller than Adrex own height aprox. His has a signature natural tattoos covered between his wings, his chest and foot. Mayor known by the icon that represent of his appearance that only found his wings & foot. His first form it's formed like an actual jellyfish, it's wings closed up forming a bell allowing for slow propulsion when swimming and it can allow to fly midair when dropping like a parachute. Within the wings closed, hair it's like anemone, bit when it's on his form, it's mostly tentacles stinging cells, but it will not stings unless if threatened. In order to activate his stinging cells, it got some membrane sac cores on his hands & hids storing with enzymes, those enzymes contain a potent paralyzing venom. The venom it's non lethal, which it only use for self defense use or in case to incapacitated. Once stunned, I'll remain immobilize for hours until it worn off. The sacs it's not only for that, but also those are their core nerves for mobility need when going to the surface, if the cores get damaged, limbs or arms get numbness and may cause temporary unable to move sparsely to paralyzing itself, because it was made to protect from getting poisoned. All the enzymes I'll be transferred through the hairs where I'll be armed, but also full on his arms.

The bioluminous of this species it's much potent than some known Repturriam's of the surface. Most of his wings, fins and some parts of his body glow much more when it's in deep water where no light penetrate. However it's still works during nighttime since it attracts so much marine life. The tissue containing at the 2nd part of his wings and fins have a strong cells that I'll be hard to break and hold so much when flying within strong winds. With this tissue, it produce enough bioluminous than most of the body. He has 2 long antenna like lanterns that use mainly to light up the dark much more about 3 times stronger than a ordinary lantern or angler fish. His eyes it's the same as all Repturriam, however it is a bit of fish type variant that it's much rounded and the color is turquoise ahd can emit glow only during the dark. Most feature it has an excellent eye sight to see in the pitch darkness without need of a special equipment.

In the second part, in his alt form, he became an angel appearance by opening his wings, changing a bit of his appearance and his hair it's revealed up. Additionally, his wings got about 2 or 3 layered tissues which suggest it can regrow if some wings broke up and allows to sheed up. When it's in this form, it can allow to fly at the surface for at least for 3 to 6 hours for a while. Noting it needs to stay hydrated since their wings could bring problems to be breaking apart. Highly recommend when it's raining. His hair no longer capable to be harmful and it turned into some sorta anemone like hair; the texture it's smooth & a bit slimy, but it has a bit tough skull upon reaching. It has stripped blue and glow hue coloration that emit a bit of luminous. Most of his front face it's covered a smooth plated skin like from a rhino & especially from both shoulders and the back that got this plated scales. As always, most his arms, legs and his tail are part signature of their kind. Differences, his tail has no plated scales, due it has his fins connected from the back, but highly beneficial for majority for swimming and aerodynamic. Both his arms and legs are long for swiftly combat and evasive uses: potentially can stretch more than some Repturriam's as noted.

Story Summary

It seems that he survived from the brink of extinction during the Phazon War by using the stone to store his life energy soul and memories safely and luckily... The stone was completely intact beneath deep of the sea of Marinia. The stone was recovered deep beneath the Aquarian City thanks to the captain of HQ of Maridia. During the conversation, Adrex made an inspection of the stone that looks exactly as from his forehead he has, until then... The stone was glowing strong that it's started to take form and within moments, it reveal up a complete alien humanoid and went unconscious. Shocked to see after seeing that came from the stone, it concluded that it's a Repturriam in a flesh! It couldn't comprehend how is this possible and been questioning about that it suppose that they were extinct. Adrex wanted answer from this fellow one, but it decided that it need to take to the med to make sure everythings ok. The doctors told thst should take days to fully wake up since it might be in need of Reoniban transfusion and rest. So he waited... Passing days later, Adrex received a call that it awoke and need to see quickly. The fellow marine Repturriam standing, admiring the city, he spoke and was speaking the same tongue as humans. Adrex was greeting and say that the captain was the one that found you, but saying was the one who awoke from the stone inside. The fellow Repturriam says:

"I don't how to said to you, but... Thank you for finding me. I been trapped for long time, but... How long I been in the stone?"

Adrex was concerning up, but it told the truth...

"You been like... Well, for about 65 millions years yeah... I really never thought your people were gone after everything..."

Shocked after hearing, he felt sadness, but after moments, he's seems in determination and he feels that it doesn't matter and he hugged him. Crying for the loss of their people and friends and Adrex told him to not cry and worry, and he believes that there not completely gone and that's the proof that they might be still out there like you were in the stone.

Adrex made decision and analysis that it's highly possible that there might be more stones out there intact in the world. He told with smilijlng caring that it should see the world and say hi to everyone. The captain says that he'll make a tour and then he wanted to say what's his name, and it told was Acuamarl. He pleased to finally meet and get to see their kind & Adrex told it's name. He says that he wanted to tell the whole story on what's going and everything. Acuamarl grateful really wants to hear it. The character will be a graceful one to be on a new experience and to find it's purpose for a new life. However... Will it be able to get used while there's crisis in hand that in the future another extinction will come?
