My handle was inspired by a quote from Anna Wintour, publisher of Vogue magazine and memorable for such quotes, as "A woman needs a man like a fish needs a bicycle."  Way back in the mid nineties when she was asked to comment upon the growing trend of 'heroin-chic' and why it was so popular, she attempted to explain that scrawny models were so popular on the runways because the clothing designers were selfish glory hounding pricks who desperately wanted to reclaim their fame back from the 'supermodel' who's names were dominating the industry.  Clothing designers wanted to take the emphasis away from the model and put it on the clothes as m...
