A Night to Try to Remember Pt. 3
"Well, we've heard about Rarity, Twilight, Rainbow Dash, and Pinkie Pie," Princess Luna said with an entertained smile as she skimmed over her notepad, "That just leaves Fluttershy and Applejack." She looked up across the table to the only stallion present with them. "Big Macintosh, would you be so kind to give your account so we can finish this delightful narrative?"
"Delightful for you, maybe," Dash muttered under her breath, earning her a silencing glare from Twilight.
Macintosh sunk lower in his seat in an effort to go unnoticed; he knew it was impossible to hide his massive frame from everyone, but he was willing to try.
"Macintosh, dear, there's no need to be shy," Rarity cooed, "Just tell us what occurred last night."
"Um well " He sucked in a deep breath and sat up straight. "I saw Fluttershy home an' carried AJ home an' put her to bed before goin' to bed myself an' that's about all that happened last nigh
A Whisper of Wind...There was a whisper of wind.
The serene and empty road into Ponyville laid bare, only a couple of birds resting in the trees bearing witness to the sudden scene that unfolded.
A maelstrom suddenly erupted, as if torn from sheets of a mighty hurricane itself. Dust flew into the air and the setting sun's brightness suddenly became a back-lighting, as from the sky, a pillar of purest white suddenly descended.
It hit the earth with a muffled thunderclap. A final rush of wind shook the trees and scattered loose pebbles and leaves, as the impact blasted a wave of air outwards. It was certainly enough to send the birds flying.
Just as quickly as it had started, the noise ceased. A cloud of debris continued to float around the site. After a minute of silence, another sound cut through the quiet: that of a small pony, coughing.
"*ahack!* Uhh... *ahack!* Mister... Mister Presto? Mister Great and *ahack* Powerful Presto? You there?"
There were more sounds of scuffling
Sunrise, Sunset: Chapter 1Sunrise, Sunset
Chapter 1: Sunrise
And what a beautiful sunrise it was. The luminescent rays of light and warmth beamed down upon Ponyville. The sky ablaze with a fiery morning aura that is near impossible to describe. Hues of red, orange, and a bit of violet smear across the sky, much to the enjoyment of Applejack, who was up before sunrise to start her work for the day at Sweet Apple Acres.
Applebloom attempted to sleep in this morning, having gotten permission from Applejack the previous night to do so, yet failed. She was a morning pony, just like her big sister. It WAS a Sunday, and since most of the apple deliveries for the week had gone out last night, there wasn't that much work to do around the farm today. Mainly cleaning up and making sure all of the trees were being properly taken care of; a task Big Mac and Applejack could handle easily on their own.
Applebloom immediately became lost in th

Fluttershy: War is Wrong
The sky was the color of murky water and the ground was like an open grave. The mud was moist with thick sweat and even thicker blood that bubbled up if even the slightest pressure was applied. People were screaming, oh were they screaming. Some people were afraid and others were in excruciating torment, the kind of torment you feel when you look down and see your insides sliding out of your body. Sometimes there were screams of fear because they didn't know what had happened and where they were; only that they hurt and they wanted someone to make the hurting stop. Sometimes there was fear because they knew where they were and what was happening and they just didn't want to be there. They wanted to be five again and to run to their mother's arms because they were afraid. The terrible sounds were everywhere; the air itself seemed to be in pain. Yet still the guns fired and the people ran forward. People still killed and people still f
Three's a Crowd: Chapter FifteenAs they neared Ponyville Library, Fluttershy stopped them for a moment.
"Um...I'll be right back...there's somepony I need to go talk to." She said, hurrying off towards a pair that looked somewhat familiar.
Octavia squinted slightly to see who she was going to go see, and felt anger welling within her. "Ugh...of all ponies...it had to be her." Octavia muttered.
"Who is it, Octy?" Vinyl asked, confused. She raised a hoof over her eyes, and squinted into the distance. "Oh hey, it's Bonbon and that mare she's dating. What's her name again, Octy?" When Vinyl received no answer, she turned to where her marefriend had been standing only a moment before.
Octavia had cantered right over to where Fluttershy was talking to Lyra. Ugh, of all ponies, Fluttershy knows Lyra? What a shame...I was just starting to like this town. Octavia thought as she closed the distance.
"Is Mister Feathers feeling any better? I hope the medicine I gave him helped." Fluttershy asked, worried for the little
