@BingyBongo was kind enough to interview me for her March Journal!
Hey everyone!
Just a quick update – Been attempting to post to both Instagram and BlueSky, the truth is that my most recent work still appears right here on DeviantArt.

BTW I'm curious how many of you are still active here on DeviantArt. I haven't been seeing as many likes and comments as I used to, and I'm wondering if folks have moved on from the platform.
If you're still around and enjoying the art, drop a comment or give a fav - I'd love to hear from you!

Compelled to write another journal article. Now eliminating my fifth NFT scammer since December 3, 2021.
The latest con-artist had the audacity to write, "Nft's lover, I try to give visibility to artists who need a boost."
Dealing with these IP infractions is anything but a boost. It is theft of my time, whereupon I spend an hour filling out a form, making a local copy for tracking purposes, and it becomes yet another thing I have to monitor. Meanwhile leaving me with eye-rolling disgust that I even have to go through the motions again. And it takes time away from creating more art.
DeviantArt Protect is getting faster than ever at finding infringing art and alerting creators. If you want to sell NFTs pay an artist or make your own art. And leave me and my creations out of your cryptocurrency cash-grab. If you see any work of mine on an NFT minting site please report it appropriately.
Update: Within 5 hours of creating request tickets the infringement was resolved.

Wrapped up a long meeting with work, checked in on my DA account and found this in my Notifications:
Yes indeed someone posted my work to their NFT account. This particular perpetrator has claimed the art of many DA creators such as @Cryptid-Creations
Spent a half hour putting in a ticket with the NFT site to prove that I am the creator of the original work.
Keep in mind I'm not profiting from my artistic work here on DA. And this is not only the theft of intellectual property, but of my time. Because it takes time to report this issue.
Thankful that DeviantArt Protect worked as intended and notified me. But not looking forward to covering art with watermarks and limiting display size.
12/3/2021 Update: 7 hours after putting in a ticket the fraudulent NFT was taken down. Thanks @@team for creating a helpful notification feature.
12/27/2021 Update: More NFT fraud with multiple images. Reported to antifraud@opensea.io
12/28/2021 Update: 18 more pieces of art became fraudulent OpenSea NFTs. And these were all reported using a new form tool.
12/29/2021 Update: Within 19 hours the 18 NFTs were removed from OpenSea.
