Hyrule World Atlas by UndyingNephalim Hyrule World Atlas by UndyingNephalim
A map of Hyrule and her neighboring countries that I worked on while other things were rendering. It's a non specific time period during Hyrule: Total War.

If I can get a wall print of this to look nice I might make this a Patron award.

It would be awesome to see this version of Hyrule in a Elder Scrolls-like explorable map!

May what to raise the scale, as it is the whole continent is smaller then France.

The scale of Hyrule is not that large. Hyrule is a country, not the name of an entire continent.

:icondraco-aroace-the-1st:
No, I mean the whole continent show on this map, as it is clearly more then just the Kingdom of Hyrule, is smaller then France at the current scale.

Ah, finally a larger version of the map!

I found one on the Total War wiki, but it was very small.

Haha yup. I guess that makes the islands of the Great Sea an exploded Great Britain. Maybe Hyrule is actually a dystopian earth.

Molinda Island is actually called Molida Island

Omg, this is so detailed; feels like I could look at that map forever. Beautiful work, a nice combination between Tolkien and the Darksiders II game (which is what I'm currently playing, so probably that's why I came to think of it)

I was curious, what does "Soseheh Sohg" refer to? Is it the native name of the Keaton Bandit camp under Vigjaro Glade or the Hylian (Goron?) name or Death Mountain?

Also, to clear some nebulous questions about the Ancient Age, were Eldara, Olnach, Malcove, and Molcana originally Ikanian settlements, or were Malcove and Eldara later built by Hyrule or Ordona? And were Natzu and Mothulus Wind Tribe cities like Tarm or built by later cultures (Fairies/Zora/Horonians)

Soseheh Sohg are the Goron words for Death Mountain.

Molcana was an Ikanian settlement, the rest were all built by Ordona Province later on.

Natzu is a Horonian town, Mothulus is a giant swamp hive where creatures of the same name live and breed..

On that topic, we have a pretty good idea as to what most of the settlements are like, even if its just what faction/race owned or built them...there are a few that remain unexplored...

-Moruge and Midoro: are these Gohma hives that went rogue? Daira settlements?

-Tantari: A Zuna settlement? Or Gerudo, if even a settlement at all?

-Sand Crab Cove: Is this actually a Horonian settlement or an animal den like Mothulus?

-Holly: It was in Holodrum in OOS, but is inhabited by Mad Scrubs...another failed Deku Colony?

-Korkuloki: Lizalfos? Doesn't seem to match with the naming pattern of their other settlements.

Are Xulo and Orkalisch actually existing settlement in the Underworld and ROT? Or just there as placeholders?

Glorious! Will the Freeform Campaign in the next release be changed to reflect this map? (Roads between the marked settlements, possibly changes to region names, ect.) I just noticed Tantari seems to be missing...

I mostly meant the road networks that crisscross old Hylian, Zora, Goron, Darknut and Labrynnian territory.

I think your game is so much better than Lord of the Rings, storywise.

Lord of the Rings is cliché everywhere. But it is also one of the first fantasy novels, so that could be the reason.

It wasn't cliché back then. I only think it hasn't aged well.

LOTR seems cliched because it's been copied from so much. As you said, back in the day it was pretty new.
