What does Ironsides do?
It allows the player to capture bullets in mid-air and contain them for further ammo.
I don't believe I ran into that vigor in Bioshock 1 and Infinite. Is it possible that it's from Bioshock 2?
Ironside is indeed a vigor from Infinite, but you get it only in the DLC Burial at Sea
