This is just amazing
A alternate ending of the ever so famous episode, a ending where Queen Chrysalis succeeds in taking over Canterlot. I like how she and Shining Armour are sitting down in a tree, relaxed as they watch their kingdom burn down.
The painted style is great, along with the shading and excellent smoke effect and the small little details you put into castle, such as the swarming Changelings.
One thing that you can improve on in this is maybe that thing Chrysalis and SA is sitting on? Its kinda hard to tell what it is; try adding some texture or print if your aiming for a cloth. Also you can shade/paint that horizon a bit more since it looks like a giant VERY SMOOTH green block with a river cutting through, when Equestia is supposed to have many natural formation and civilization, unless I'm wrong and took a screenshot and there's its supposed to be like drawn.
