A Tear in the Night Sky

There isn't too much of a story behind this one. The main driving force was just to get off my ass and get back into the creative process; something I haven't been doing for several months. Sure, I could blame work, but that never prevented me from churning-out 3 pics in 4 months like when I first started with this art genre.

It felt good to get back into this, although the exercise seemed to have brought-out some of the weaknesses of my aging computer. Sitting-around for what feels like a minute, for a simple undo action, does start to wear-down my patience. And some of those radial blur effects... empires have risen and fallen in lesser time.
