I used Hero Forge Custom Miniatures. It allows you to make miniatures that you can then buy to use in board games. It IS expensive if you go for the physical options, especially with the coloured ones ($20 for a normal non coloured plastic miniature, about $45 roughly for the coloured version), but recently they did add compatibility with Tabletop Simulator, so you can buy them with colour for $8 as if you were buying them for a 3D printer, but only instead for Tabletop Simulator. That got me hella motivated by the way.

I've done a lot of things with this stuff.

The white dragon is Tori Jewelhorn from Pure Light, made into a Monster Hunter character (hence the bow, since that is a weapon in the games). The "sorcerer" is actually Sienna Fuegonasus, a Bright Wizard from Warhammer Fantasy, specifically the Vermintide games, which are incredibly fun.
