This taken from NaruSaku Tumblr
So I heard Kishimoto has stated that NaruSaku is the most popular ship in Japan, but a while ago I saw a post that proved that wrong (well, at least that's what I thought). They typed in NaruSaku, NaruHina and SasuSaku in japanese in google search and it showed that NaruHina and SasuSaku have a lot more results.
Well, too bad that those aren't the official shipping names in Japan.
I got that idea when I saw in the NaLu tag (Natsu and Lucy from Fairy Tail) a text post that said that NaLu isn't the shipping name in Japan. It's NatsuLu (if I remember it correctly) and I thought maybe that's the same with Narusaku
Edit: Here is the Sakura interview by Kishimoto:
"Kishimito-sensei mentions that even though he would have liked to write some scenes with them, he hasn’t had the chance to include Sakura’s parents until now. In his mind, he had the image for Sakura’s parents, which include back-and-forth arguing matches, but he just never could find the right time to do so. With so much of the manga release, he thought nobody would have interest in them at this point, although he still decided for them to be in the movie."
