Bio Fett

...or what I like to think as a Post-Sarlacc Fett

So posted a really sweet interpretation of Boba Fett on his SatelliteSoda forum thread: [link] and I told him I loved it and that he should get his crew at Sideshow Collectibles to make a sculpture of it. He immediately sent a hires jpeg of his drawing to me and blackmailed me into painting it up for him. He's very good at that. So I took the opportunity to try out some trendy optical techniques I've always seen but never applied and I think they turned out fun enough!

This is the original. As a challenge to myself I tried to retain as much of the lineart as possible, working it in as part of the texture and shadow. Hope you don't mind me linkin it here Dave! THAAANKS! <img src="[link]" />
