3: About 84 hours total, not all towards painting (some for intial sketches and all that jazz)
I don't really have much to say other than I am so glad to have it done.

2: Update- A bit of progress... mainly in terms of the missing bricks. The sky is ongoing- I'm not happy with it at this point. As you can tell, I was too lazy to take a decent pic of it. I'll get a good version once it's all complete. I hope to get a bunch done this weekend but I'm losing motivation as the weekend wears on. Saturday (yesterday) I was "paint ALL the things!" but today I just want to sleep. Hopefully I get a bunch done tomorrow- I really need to get this done so I can move on to my other art projects. Graduation is coming soon too... crap. I'll never have spare time again it seems...

1: I've been working on this for three-four weeks. It's a painting of The Wall (as mentioned in the title). My teacher (the same one who does a unit in grade 11 English in which you study The Wall) really really wanted something "The Wall" on his wall. He had gotten someone to do a painting before, but when schools amalgamated, that classroom became a grade 7 classroom and they painted over the epic mural. (As you can tell, that school sucks)

Anyways, when I was in his class, I was drawing some Pink Floyd thing, and he thought it was good and suggested me creating a mural in his new classroom.

Well, I made this one: [link] and he wanted to steal it. HOwever, I didn't really want to get rid of it.

Then, later, he brought it up again, saying how I am running out of time (due to the fact I'll be graduating this June). So, I began this beast.

It's 4 feet wide, and 3 feet tall. I've spent about an accumulated 33 hours on it so far. And, honestly, I think it's decent so far (the picture isn't that good of quality, but when it's complete, I'll worry about getting a better one. It's a bit awkward to take a picture of it)

Speaking of the wall, Roger Waters is bringing the Wall to the city near which I live for 2 shows. Imagine if I somehow was able to send him a picture, and get free tickets... not gonna happen, but whatever.

Also, just to clarify, yes, that is a giant ass judge.

I'll try to update with more later.

Done with acrylic, and a bit of not-very-watery watercolour paints.
